• Half-Day Corporate Wellness Day - a ten minute treatment for up to 12 employees 
• Full-Day Corporate Wellness Day - a ten minute treatment for up to 24 employees
• Bespoke to you, book for a minimum of 3 hours and I can tailor the session to your needs.

• Hand & arm massage - perfect for relieving symptoms of repetitive strain injury in the hands & muscular aches in the lower arms.
• Reflexology - working on reflex points on the foot, reflexology is a very effective way to  relieve stress & brings balance to body & mind.
• Foot & lower leg massage - relieves tension in the feet & any muscular discomfort in the lower legs.
• Neck & scalp massage - a great treatment for prevention/relief of headache symptoms and general tension relief
• Back massage - relieves tension and discomfort in muscles of the back.
